This IO Board is the bare Minimum for portable use. It leads to lowest overall current consumption (50mA on RX). However, the Display used is a little bit on the expensive side…. Also with LCD (compared to OLED) it is much less likely, that you run into problems. Communication with LCD is far less critical then OLED
